they're not downloadable, no. Nor are they locked to a specific console.

I've downloaded 3 or 4 DSi Ware games that are actually good. That's it. It'd be sweet if Gameloft ported some of it's iPhone games onto DSi Ware.

I had an eyetoy. Everything for it was basically shovelware, nothing worth mentioning.

They should make an augmented reality game.

Yeah, pretty much. The game I had for mine was AntiGrav. The only real attempt at a decent EyeToy Game. If you played one of the demo kiosks for the EyeToy at a store you've pretty much played every other EyeToy game.
