PS1 EXE files?

Not sure if this is the right place to put this, mods please move if it's not.I am aware that there that should be such thing as these, but I can't find any. ePSXe has a "Run PS-EXE" function, meaning that there must be such thing as PS1 exe game files, but I don't know where I can find such a thing, if at all. It's not the hugest issue (I can live with a normal emulator), but I would like to know if and where I can find PS1 EXEs, or how/if I can convert an ISO to an EXE. Got anything?

A quick Google search has given me the answer.
Playstation EXEs are simply self-extracting archives that contain ISOs.I'm not really sure where to get them from. But there is a legitimate EXE file made by Sony.
So yeah, you could delve further, but I would stick with ISOs for now.

Oh, okay. If it's just a self extractor, I'll see what I can do.

Yeah, just an extractor.
