PS1, Burning games

Hello, i downloaded Bugs Bunny & Tazz Time Busters and burned that on CD-R, i put in the CD PS1 and it doesn't work, what do i need to do, burn again or something?HELP

What program are you using to create the CD-R? IMGBurn, Nero, Alcohol 52%?

Burn at the lowest speed, use a good CD-R
