Problems with Desmume 9.9x86, universal Pokemon Randomnizer and Pokemon S.S

I am having a problem trying to play a random run on Pokemon Soul Silver, i use Universal Pokemon Randomizer to accomplish that and selecting some stuff for Pokemon Soul Silver, I Know Desmume can run randomized roms because i was able to do so with BW2 some time ago.I am stumped, here is the rom and this is the link for the program The issue is that i get a white screen, i can run Soul Silver with no problems, but as soon as i modify the rom with the program desmume refuses to run it.Any idea why?

Yeah um if you read Desmume forum site. Pokemon games have ISSUES so expect problems. BUT your problem sounds more like AP issue, you might want to get the patch rom somewhere in these forums(search function helps)
