Problem with the game Legend of Legaia

Hi, i am playing the game legend of legaia on psx 1.13 and downloaded the romulation here. Im having trouble with the game i have already gotten this far and theres a scene where i have to travel back(time-warp) in time in the city of conkram and everytime i try the game freezes! i have tried it many times and on the dos(black window) it keep saying r3000 error ###### or something like that.i hav searched up on google to get help too but its so complicating, its like they say you have to change from NTSU to PAL or something like that...

Try using ePSXe instead.

okay, i just downloaded epsxE 1.70 and uhm how do i transfer my memory to this program? i have memcardrex0.8 if that helps, not sure what to do

i have resolved this by lowing the NTSC and PAL..
