Problem with Laptop... ;D

I have problem with my laptop,
which happen when I'm trying to format it....
Blue screen popped out when all the files have been loaded...
and when the "Starting Windows"(at the bottom,
I'm sure that anyone who always format their laptop/desktop into XP, this will be the last message after all driver have been loaded.) is popped out, the screen turn blue...(you know when there is something wrong with your OS), It's XP.and....Thank you. ;D

how are you formatting your computer? through command line or from the windows xp cd installation setup?also, what loony said.

@loony : It always happen to XP users if the laptop have problem with hardware. Blue screen + some text(like "If this is the first time...."@fdgsa : Through the Windows Xp Installation setup, Boot system.
You know, change the DVD to first slot, and save the Bios, wait for it say "press any key".
pressed it, waiting all the files to be downloaded, and when it comes to "windows setup" or sumthing like that,the
screen turn blue.. ;D

Yes, but the message will tell me what is wrong.

What this....?!!?!I'm able to format it now!!! ;DWoohoo!!!Looks like the problem IS in the Bios setting.
