Problem with a PSX rom

I tried to download final fantasy origins, and it worked fine up until it finished. I didn't read the pop-up that thoroughly, because I didn't see much reason. Anyway, I didn't get the rom but my points went down. I looked through this forum and tech support, but I didn't see a current topic so I made this one. I'm sorry if this presents a problem.

If the download started then it's really out of our hands, what you do afterwards isn't affected by anything on our site.

Okay, thanks anyway.
