Problem saving Game!!!! Can't save!

I have downloaded a Korean game called "HanGeom DS". At the start of the game you have to register your name, and then do a placement test etc. but once the game is reset (I start the DS again) the whole process has to be repeated....which is really annoying....So yeah, simply said, the game does not save....Does anybody know why this happens? All my other games save fine.I am using an R4 with latest firmwares etc.Hope someone can help me out with this ^^Cheers

I was having similar problems with my R4 card not remembering game saves on various gamesDoes your .nds file match the .sav file exactly?

Thank you guys for all of your help!The R4 that I am using is a (This is what it says on the box) R4-SDHC Upgrade Revolution for DS (NDSL/NDS).I thought that the firmware I had was pretty new but perhaps its not?I will check out the website you guys recommended :)Cheers

Don't use the DSTT v1.17a12 firmware, for R4-SDHC Upgrade see http://www.linfoxdomain.com/nintendo/ds/Are get any latest firmware from the website on your box
