Problem downloading

:'( everytime i try to download a game it doesn't work.i keep getting 3 books as a symbol and its saws something about winrar archive. and the game doesn't work on my r4.

It needs to be opened up using winrar, the "rar" files don't work, it's the .nds file INSIDE that you need.Look in the technical help section, and find the common issues thread.
