Premium, started fine, now too slow

Hi I went premium and the first days it was great, but now my download speeds are limited to 133k, my internet connection is 10Mbps and it can download 10mbps accoring to speedtest.net

I started using "downThemAll" and with segmented downloads I can reach my full download potential, but only using this download manager

there's nothing immediately obvious from that traceroute, maybe the route was just congested. There is no limiting at our end and we do allow the use of download acceleration for premium members. I'm not aware of bandwidth issues at our end, but I will look in to it.
