it takes some time for premium membership to be processed, this might be the reason. Anyway

Not anymore. Premium membership is no longer automatic.Now you are emailed a code that you have to enter into the upgrade page. That will complete your upgrade and make you a premium member.

Hi Glen,I replied to your email? If you didn't get it you can click on my name out to the left and select the "start conversation" option and we can talk through the forum.

Not a subscription anymore either, it's a once off payment for x months now.
