I feel like joining a random forum that fits that description. This place is feeling empty, so just this won't do. Anyone can PM me any popular websites/forums?

I know a couple, but they're REALLY slow.

Facepunch forums are quite fast.

Hmmm.....Affiliate SNESorama's aren't bad, but are heavily devoted to Last-gen and current-gen console image uploads.They've got general places too.
