its near the freeway in desert and you have to go through like some gate to get to the area where the castle is

As opposed to Archeops, which will become useless after it loses 50% of its health? At least with the turtle it can switch out of anything it's weak to, Archeops takes one stray hit and it's out of the game.

The turtle is kinda shitty. Archeops learns acrobatics and has good stats, but I just finished evolving my larvesta and it is KICKING ass (but you typically have an unevolved pokemon for most of the game =.=)

I still prefer Archeops over any pokemon that has a 4x weakness (except Heracross)... Anyway, neither of them is good enough to be trained if you want to play seriously, so the whole choice is only based on which one you like most...
