Pokemon SOUL SILVER

How to get in mahogany gym? plz help thx

You go to the Lake of Rage north, battle/catch/KO the Red Gyrados. Go back to Mahogany into the first building on the right. There you will be in Team Rocket HQ. Beat it and you get to battle the gym leader.
