Pokemon Soul Silver/Heart Gold Rom Image Crash

I am not the only one who has this problem, many others do. Anyway here we go.Whenever I play on my Pokemon Soul Silver I get a Rom Image Crash error. It is usually after a few minutes I get it or after I battle or catch a few Pokemon.
I am currently using Windows 7 Labtop version.Hope you will be able to find the solution because so far with all the websites I tried there is no solution.
