They can go up to lvl 100, you know. :PThat's one of the points, the other one is to use after you have beaten the main story and want to start again, but now with cheats and all. I do think it ruins the gameplay and basics of Pokemon, so not for me, thank you.

i personally only collect the pokesav programs :P
they do ruin gameplay, but it's always fun to cheat yourself some trap items for the underground base to piss off other people. ever get hit by a 20-trap hurl chain? yea it's long, annoying, and sends you to the other side of the map
