Pokemon Heart Gold Jirachi Event

I trasferred the Jirachi from the recent event to Heart Gold its supposed to unlock a new route but, It doesn't do anything.
How do I use the Jirachi to unlock the new route for the pokewalker?

Let me guess, the pokemon is hacked/cheated to obtain and the copy of heart gold is a rom?I'm no expert, but I have a feeling that won't work...

It unlocks a new course in the pokewalker. Since this is a ROM, it won't work even if you got the in-game event to work.Anyway, go to serebii.net and look up the Event Pokemon section and it will tell you how.

Oh come on seriously? you aren't going to give him a straight answer? yeah going to serebii is probably the best bet but I will spoil it...
put Jirachi in the pokewalker but make sure it is a legit copy of game, pokewalker, and the Jirachi (just to be safe) have fun.
