The English patch didn't make it English, it just fixed freezing issues. WTF?

Where did you get the patch and are you sure it is the latest patched released?

It isn't a full-translation.Just menus, move info, item info, stuff you need to know to make the game work.

Sirwillis04I am running the latest M3DS firmware with the SoulSilver ROM that naruto posted earlier. The English patch has been pre-done on them, in fact, so has the black screen/freeze patch. All you need to do is download them.
It works fine except for PokeGEAR (at least, on my M3Real, presumably R4's as well). In this case, I simply have another ROM that I can just transfer the save over, do what I need to do with it, then quickly save and migrate that save back to Naruto's ROM.
It's the best I can do right now, and it seems to do the job.EDIT: Please note that the second ROM ONLY has the arm7 patch done on it. This is so that I don't get the god-forsaken black screen of death whilst using the PokeGEAR.

I have no problems with the version of naruto i use r4ds no freezing and the menu's etc etc are all full english and joy is talking english to!:D

I downloaded the patch and after it dident read my save file so i just changed the name to the same as the new patched NDS and it works ( The pokemon you have allready caught will still have japanese names sadly but other then that they will all be english )

is there a new patch from that last one that only sorted the battles and some items?

I realy needa complete english patch. i wanna know wat the characters say.i heard that this game comes out in english in fall2010 cant wait that long

just star the game and add this to your cheats n click {raw} tab and it will worki got it off youtube. it works

Ok, the patch showed up and all, but when I went to access it, the game was still in Japanese. Epic failure...not sure whose though. Denied! Must be some other way!
