Pokemon - Emerald how to trade Pokemon using No$gba

I want to get some Pokemon from my Ruby game to my Emerald game what can I do?

You need link to trade, i don't know if no$GBA has it, your better off using a real GBA emulator, no$GBA is best for NDS, but if you want to trade get like visual boy advance link and turn on wifi i think and use and another computer connected to your one and open up there and trade like you normally would.
