Milotic #139(can see in E4)the only one i have a problem getting is spiritbomb because i need the wifi and i can cuz im using a rom...is there a fix for this or is it not possable to get nat poke dex in the rom?

the last elite 4 - the champion has a spiritomb, nintendo wouldn't do that to people, plus all you need are 2 emulators on the same comp and head underground, and talk to the person who should be there too.

alright thanks alot
