Ok have you tryed the EUR version not Spanish ROM ?Maybe thats why you got a 0KB error, as patcher did not reconise the version of ROM.

I have tried French, German , Spanish ,Italian , Eur/USA

I don't think the main pages use patched roms, it's forbidden.

Well i'm not the only one wuth patching problems in this game

Why not PM the patch maker and ask for the game ID they use and check your rom?

he isn't online since 20 october

You can post a comment on their thread and ask other members/users who get it work. Ask them ID of clean rom before they patch and if possible the CRC32 to see if you get file right.
