Please help me with my computer problem

Well the ram is fine and changing boot order didn't work and i cant reinstall every time i try it cuts off also
Oh and another thing i forgot to mention is that sometimes when i turn it on the blue light around the on/off button doesn't come on and nothing works but the fan over the CPU starts going extremely fast and almost cut my finger off lol

Test to see if your PCU is functioning fine, then.

oh well yeah thats what im thinking it could be but how do you test it

check ram if you have more than one stick , it may be one stick is dead/corrupt. had this prob myself
