Please help me with M&S Olympic Winter Games

Hello,I have a R4 and i have that stupid freeze thingy @ icepeak,so i wanted to ask you is there's someone who can get me pass that(i heard some cards can)
I Really like the game and i want to keep my emblems,missions...
I hope soemone wants to get me pass. :D

Tried that,It says :Fix for European version: http://gbatemp.net/index.php?download=7372 (USA patch doesn't work on this one!)Tested:R4 1.18
YSMenu 1.17a07But it will hang at Icepeak like USA version, be warned!!!!!And that's the thing i don't want, next time look for yourself if u want to help someone.
