Please help. DeSmumE laggs

*Before 3 months DeSmumE started lagging. It goes normal for about 3 mins. and then it starts lagging.*Any game I try to play laggs.*My specs are (2GB DDR3; i3 @ 3.09, Nvidia GT430Please help me if you can. Pokemon B/W2 is comming out soon. I want to play it so much.
Don't tell me to use no$gba cuz' it sucks.

How come this post and the one in http://forum.romulation.net/index.php?topic=59421.0 is the exact same, made just 3 days apart?!
