playing original mgs in mgs 4

so as i was playing mgs 4 i found in a "dream" you play the original mgs not knowing this i exited it and well i cant get back i beat the game can i play the original mgs again without replaying up to that part?and dont get smart and say "go buy mgs"

It's a very short part. It's literally around two minutes.If you've played the original MGS, it's at the start where you go up the elevator and you go inside the bunker.Do yourself a favor and play MGS, it's a great game, has a good story, good voice acting (even now, back then VA didn't get much better than that), it's fun and it plays differently from MGS2/3/4

Or the rom if you can emulate it/use a modded console (like a ps1/ps2, I know the ps3 can't run iso's or roms :( )
