Play PSP games wi-fi through computer

I've been hearing a lot about AdHoc Party and playing multiplayer through wi-fi on PSP games.
I was wondering if anyone new how to do it through a computer instead of a PS3

Nice. It's much, much easier to use adhoc party on the PS3.
