Piracy..chances of getting caught using megaupload?

does megaupload hand in ips of accounts that have been caught uploading illegal files?
what are the chances of getting caught and fined through megaupload? thanks

No change if you upload to other hosts like Mediafire.I've almost never seen a link deleted on Mediafire.But about Megaupload...I don't know.

megaupload has a privacy policy, do they have to stick with it?

Huh...? They say that they can make information public...so I think yes you can get caught.They log your IP as well. They can make info public...man you GOTTA use Mediafire for sure...

no more likely than with mediafire or any other file hosting site.

i was told by many megaupload only deletes the files and suspends the account. is this website filled with nintendo spies? and am i safe hiding my file names on MU?
