Pheonix Wright 5/ Apollo Justice 2 Fact or Myth

Some people say Capcom are producing another edition to the classic Pheonix Wright Series (not edgeworth investigations). I'm confused, is it a rumor or, (please let this be true) a fact?

Capcom have delayed so many games this year, so I seriously doubt they're going to make a FIFTH installment in a series that doesn't bring in as much revenue as a console game.MYTH until proven wrong by Capcom themselves.

http://www.1up.com/do/newsStory?cId=3159746According to the statement, it has been released in japanese though the news was announced 3 yrs ago.I'll try to see if it has any truth. I love phoenix wright. ;)
