Pay with PayPal for premium membership issue

I wanted to become a premium member but Paypal says, "This recipient is currently unable to receive money." Has this been a problem for a while? Is there any other way to purchase a premium membership? Thanks in advance.

Similar issue here. When I try to buy a premium account pay pal going through the whole process and press the button to pay it just loads forever never finishing the transaction. Is this a merchant (Romulation) issue or a processor issue?

It's at your end. However it does take a bit to load, particularly when the window has just opened. Other people aren't having problems though.
