Patches and fixes and ARMS- Oh my!

I have an R4, buts thats all I know about it...

I know its not my card, but the posts on there say that it will run on: "Any flash cart which can run AKAIO 1.5.1, latest loader with Arm7 fix and holding X while loading"
How would I put those things on my card?

All firmware can be found hear for most cards http://www.linfoxdomain.com/nintendo/ds/I have two R4 originals, i have tryed this game with firmware v1.18 and ysmenu , It just don't run...
