Pal Park help

Can I use gba elink for pal park (I have pokemon soulsilver (the real one, not the rom))?

I don't know what an E-Link is but you can go to Pal Park on Soul Silver. Its in Fuschia City. ( Is that how you spell it Lol...)

Elink is a flash card that plays gba games
