Online gaming! On Ps3~~!!!

Hey guyz, its me again ;D
I just want to know which speed is the best ( or better ) to play online....with no problems.
I have a Modem DSL and I got "1 MB", is it good or I should bring a faster internet???Why don't you tell me whats your Internet Speed?? It would be great ppl! :)Thank You,

speed isn't important, it is latency that matters.

what tht ?
im not so gd with this soo,.... :P
latency......hmmm? ???

amount of time it takes for data to get from one end of the connection to the other.

oh I see, but the internet connection is important though....
am a right? ???

That's pretty decent, you should be able to play online fine.

I have a 100 Mbit connection for when I wire it in.
Not sure about the wireless though.
