Nuked and Clean Roms???

What's the difference between "Nuked" and "clean" roms?? I just saw it in the Pokemon White Eur release comments where someone put "this has been Nuked! Waiting for clean rom". Whats this mean please?? O.oThank you!!

nuked roms are roms that have been removed from the scene, usually because they weren't dumped properly or have been modified in some way. Clean roms are 100% unmodified from what comes off of the cart.

Removed from what scene? I'm so sorry, i don't know much technical stuff.

the roms scene, in this case NDS.

Ahh ok....Thanks!! :D
