why the hell is that?!?! :( this is really beginning to piss me off...nothing EVER goes back in the way it comes out!!!! everytime i buy something, and then need to return it, i try to pack it back up, well guess what!!!! IT'S NOT FUCKING POSSIBLE! HOW THE HELL DO THEY DO IT?!?!

i noticed...took me 5 hours to get the ipod/papers back in the case!!!!!! by time i did that, i chipped the case by closing it to hard T_T i'm lucky they took it back in exchange for me never returning XD
Things with polystyrene packers are the worst, they must grease them up to get them in the box.
I got a new satnav yesterday, took it out to make sure it worked before I drove away, got home and tried to put it back in the box to take it inside and theres no way all that came out that tiny box! It just doesn't fit.
