Not really a bug

I had a problem with downloading a iso. I talk about Tekken 3 for the PSX. The firs time (more than a month ago), I tryed to download it, it was very late and i must shutdown my PC, before the download was finished. The second time my wlan sucks and the download was interupted as well. At the moment I download it the third time but i "pay" the points everytime i everytime i start the download.So i want to ask if i can get the points back?

No, we support download managers, you should have used that; resuming a download does not incur any extra point charges.

You should be pleased to know that we recently implemented a system that allows you to re-download a file within 24 hours of your initial download and not be charged points. So if it happens again and you haven't used a download manager then you can easily restart the download.
