Not allowed to download?

It says 'Only 1 concurrent connection is allowed to normal members.'I just signed up a few minutes ago. Help?

It means you can't download more than 1 game at the same time.

But I haven't downloaded anything yet! I signed up to download a Professor Layton game and everytime I try to it says that! How do I cancel whatever it says I'm downloading so i can get the game I want?

If that's what happened, make a request for clearance in this topic : https://forum.romulation.net/threads/regular-members-cant-download-more-than-one-file-at-once-clearance-thread.62167/. An admin will reset your counter, I can't do it for you. But if the issue is "restricted download", then no one can help resolve it, as that would be because file been removed due to DMCA.

mine is just restricted on everything

restricted games are unavailable due to DMCA notices, nothing can be done there. Not all games are restricted.
