Not all Cheats showup

Why won't the Cheat button show up for some games shows up?
I downloaded the cheat.dat from http://cheats.gbatemp.net/
i check the Gamelists that came from the download.
There were games that i have that's on the list but there is no Cheat thing for it.
Examples are Naruto Ninja Council 4 and Trauma Center Under the Knife 2.
Both of these games are on the Gamelist from the download.. but there's no cheat thing for it.I use R4 and have latest kernel.
Any ideas?

you probably have to delete some games off of the database using r4cce.
