North American Download server is very slow.

Well I live in north america (Texas if you must know) and for some reason the North American Download Server is epic failing in speed :'( I was getting like 5kb/s and on the European Sever I am getting 149kb/s... Anyone know about this? ???I am going to have to aplogize because I have to go to work and won't be able to check this topic for about four hours :-\ sorry.

From what I can see, you have AT&T Uverse in Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas.I am investigating this issue, but I will need some help from you.I need you to create a traceroute for me.If you have Windows XP:
Running a Traceroute on Windows XP:1) Go to Start (start button on the lower left of the desktop)2) Choose 'Run'3) Type: "cmd" (no quotes)4) This should bring up a DOS prompt. Once there, type: "tracert romulation.net" (without quotes)Windows Vista:
Goto Start
In the search box, type in "cmd" (no quotes)
This should bring up a DOS prompt. Once there, type: "tracert romulation.net" (without quotes)Once you see traceroute, right click and click "mark", then highlight all of the content, hit enter, and post traceroute here.Thanks!
