North American Download mirror Error

I've just encountered the same error twice on diffrent games. The North american Download mirror prompts me to download an HTML Document, rather then the usual .rar or .7z file. To get the games I had to DL off the europe mirrorThese errors happened while attempting to download TNMT 1 for NES and Earthbound (the original for NES)

what browser are you using?

I have encountered that a few times recently as well on some NDS Games, (I will see if I can gather more detail on specific ones) [I just reinitiated all downloads that I did yesterday when experiencing this issue, and they all seemed to start properly this time.Using Safari 3.1.2 On Mac OSx 10.5.6

Currently https://www.romulation.org/NDS/3440_-_Legacy_of_Ys_Books_1_and_2_(U)(Xenophobia).rar.html/ Is giving this issue.Now trying again about 5 minutes after it's working from the North American Mirror..The HTML Page that download simply says

503 Service Temporarily Unavailablenginx/0.7.37

Perhaps this has something to do with the new servers?I do remember before, shortly after files were posted, the were on the Europe Server first, and clicking on the download displayed a page that the File wasn't available, still being uploaded to the server.So that seems to be what's happening in this, but instead of directing over to the error, its downloading the HTML error page instead.

i just had the same problem with https://www.romulation.org/NDS/3439_-_Puzzle_Quest_Galactrix_(U)(Xenophobia).rar.html/ and im using opera browser.

i just downloaded that game fine, so maybe i'ts your browserand yes it was from the North American Download mirror

GEtting the same error here with FireFox and IE. It seems it happen if you try to dowload 2 files a the same time on the North American server. You get the file not found error instead of the before 403 Forbiden when trying to download a 3rd file. I assume the limit in now 1 file at the time on the US server?

it has always been 1 file at a time.
