No speed limit for GameCube?

I just downloaded Dolphin and want to download Super Mario Sunshine.Now, I have around 950 KB/s speed on the ROM.
Is that any normal?

Counting error on your download program. Seph has stated before that the servers won't send more data than the limit set.

No it isn't.
This is in the 900 KB/s (not normal) and that is 250 KB/s (normal).

Go post that in the right thread, please.

Enough arguing. If it really is sending more than 200KB/s to non-premium users, Seph will fix it. Otherwise it's just a counting issue like previously stated.
