No points after 24 hours?

Hello,I think I'm reading the points system wrong. I last downloaded something on March 5* but I don't think I'm getting any points every 24 hours.Or is this not really how it works?ThanksEDIT: March 5 according to central US time... might look like march 6 to some people

points are given out at midnight UTC IIRC.
