No memory left..Noob question..!!
H
Can somebody put me right here please. I am having problems putting downloaded games onto my ds flash card (M3 DS Real), it keeps telling me that there is no memory left when I know there is. I purposely deleted old games to make room for them. All have been unrared etc. Many thanks all

Backup your data and reformat the SD card.
R
Your card is corrupted :P ...
L
Is it a Mac?
Deleting files from Flashdrives dont delete them, unless you delete and empty trash.
H
Thanks all! Yes it is a Mac and I always empty trash. Would not have a clue how to reformat the SD card (newbie....sorry!) Corrupted? New card would solve this you think?
L
To format just go on any Windows PC (Didnt work my my parallels) and download Panasonic Formatter (Google it).
Have you tried EMPTYING TRASH WITH THE SD STILL INSERTED?
H
Thanks for the help all, much appreciated ! Is there a formatter that will work on a Mac?Or will I have to find a windows machine to do it?
H
Buy new card i suggest

Yeah, or you could try not wasting your money. I'm sorry, I don't know of a mac formatter, but there's no need to waste money on a new microsd. There will be one somewhere.
EDIT: I just googled "microSD mac formatter" and the first result was this. It should be right.
How to Format an SD Card on a MacStep 1
Plug in the plug from your memory card reader into a USB port on your Mac. Insert the SD card into the memory card reader's SD slot, and the SD card will mount on your Mac desktop.Step 2
In an open "Finder" window, single-click "Applications" in the "Side-Bar" and scroll down to find the "Utilities" folder. Find "Disk Utility" in the "Utilities" folder and double-click the "Disk Utility" application to launch it.Step 3
In the opened "Disk Utility" application, single-click to select the SD card in the left-hand "Drives" column. Then single-click to select the "Erase" button in the top row of radio buttons. Select the format you wish to use to format the SD Card on the "Volume Format" pop-up button. Use "MS-DOS (FAT)". When you have finished selecting the formatting options, click "Erase."Step 4
A new dialogue box will pop up in "Disk Utility," asking if you are sure you wish to erase the SD card. Caution: Erasing the SD card will permanently erase any files. Make sure you have backed up any file you wish to keep. To continue with the formatting process, click "Erase."Step 5
Once the SD card has been erased, it will mount on your Mac desktop just like any other removable drive.

Thanks for the formatting reply......Special thanks to Lopz0r - you were right I needed to empty trash! Should have done that as soon as I saw your reply, everything works fine now - salutations to all :D

I knew it, baby.
I had the same problem. Its how macs work, if you dont empty trash with any memory drive inserted it wont delete the data, even if you move it to trash.
Have fun :)
