You can/will be able to watch movies on it. Holy crap, that wll be awesome. But I wonder how they will "distribute" the movies. MORE PLASTIC!

I highly doubt tht they will make the same failed attempt as sony did with the umdvd thing. It will most likly be digital downloads.

Not quite. For anti-piracy they could do anything.Ex goes for PSP mandatory firmware download or the new (and already announced) 3DS auto-update system.

I agree and think that I will not use 3D the whole time too
But I also think that Nintendo must be very clear about the risk of using the 3D functionbecause I think that not every people will know that risk
