i nid help on tis problem...i juz download a rom and how can i put it in my r4 when it is not in a zip file?
i new to it so i dunno how pls help...

I'm new to emulation, so I don't know how to open it. Please help.The ROMs here are in a RAR. file. Use winRAR or any other RAR. extraction programme to open the archive.
