NewRomDatabasethingy?

I'm kinda clueless about patchin and all these technical knowhow stuff ppl say - like hexes and stuff - so I think it would be awesome if there was like a sticky that was a like a small database of known working prepatched games - likePrePatchedDatabase:
GTA Chinatown Wars - blah blah blah blah.comand so on, for the newbs out there who dont wanna waste time patchin this and that to find they screw up, or arent even using the proper technical stuff, or etc.
