new super mario bros corrupt on ds lite ????

below is what takes place.go into the game and then it comes up on screen that game is corrupt and to delete and press buton A. Then nothing happens so system reset is needed.this is using a ttds card !any ideas ????????

Formatting deletes all your files, so make sure you copy everything you want to keep into a folder on your PC, then format like YoshiFlip said and copy the stuff back on.
