New Game Profile Created Every Time I Start Touch Golf

Hi, I'm having an issue with a Touch Golf ROM. Every time I start the game, it has me create a gamesave file and loses the one I had before, as though I were playing for the first time. I've played many games via ROM and have never had this issue before. Any ideas what I can do?

Nothing most likely unless there's a patch or just wait for your firmware to be upgraded.

Hi, thanks for the quick reply! I'm using Edge DS on a DS Lite. I don't know what firmware version I'm using but I know I haven't upgraded it in a long time.Do you think it's a corruption of the ROM file?

No, it's just most likely Anti-Piracy.

I went ahead and updated the firmware but the problem persists. I'm surprised such an old game would still have this problem if it's an anti-piracy trick.Thanks for your help!

With no other ideas, I went ahead and found a different ROM. It works like normal.Thanks again for the help!
