Tablets came out like 10 years ago! They are soo late. I would rather get a Teblet PC from HP!

I said that at exactly the same time as the news reporter on ABC Nightly did. :PI am not an avid lover of apple....and i think that this is just another way to waste money.I can already get ebooks on my computer AND play video games AND my netbook is just as portable as the tablet is.Like i said...Just another way to waste your money on something that you don't need....

Ok guys, everyone says Apple's too expensive,- that's right, but if you want Quality you have to pay more! The iPad has a great Software....,which really works.
What will be great with the iPad f.e: Watching Movies in Train, reading Books everywhere, playing many Games (Look at how many Apps there are for the iPhone, although there are many crappy ones)....

heheh...I have used Mac, Linux as well, and Windows for a while and i can say that windows is nicer if you get the right distribution. For me, that's Windows 7. It all depends on your taste and preference i guess...but getting cheated out of $1000 for a machine that can't be upgraded is a waste to me.
Try Hackintosh if you wanna be able to upgrade a Mac-esque computer. :Pthe iPad is just a giant ipod touch. if it were a fully functional computer with the capability of having multiple OS', then i could consider it something more than a waste of money.

I have used OS II, 7, 8, 9 and X. They steadily got worse. 7 was functional, 9 threw virtually all the functionality out of the window and X got rid of the rest. All interface, no OS.

Windows= Playing games

actually mac does have viruses, and its no better for video editing or graphics work than a PC. That advantage went down the drain the second they switched to intel processors.

Hmm..., yes there are Viruses, but soooooooooo more less than on Windows. (Beside I don't know anybody with Viruses and I'm really active in several Mac-Boards)Lol, for Videoediting you don't use a MacBook, that would be much too slow. There are MacPro's for that. Whenever you see a (professional ppl) Photographer, people editing Videos, good Dj's it's a Mac. Why?! ;-)

Correction, it is an OLD mac. In other words, a pre intel mac. When Macs actually had a use. The intel based macs are overpriced, non-upgradable PCs with a shit OS.
Besides I know plenty of professionals who do video editing on PCs, not to mention using a mac does not make you a good dj.And before you label me a microsoft fanboy, I dislike them almost as much as apple, and as it happens, I DO have a mac. It's a powerpc based system running OS 7, from when macs had a use.
