The recent released pasta cfw, which allows unsigned .cia stalling or loading on both new 3ds and old 3ds console. According to its function, it will let users play cia 3ds games as well as gba games without flashcart. This cfw is still limits to 9.2 firmware, but a big progress in 3ds hacking.
