Those are both horrible for 12Mbps, could you go to the start menu, and in either run or "search programs and files" type in "cmd" Once this is opened then type "tracert [url]" where [url] is the links listed above.You can right click the window and choose mark, then mark the sections you want and hit enter. It's not copied so you can paste it into a post with ctrl+v.
